A New Chapter For Uplift Chiropractic 🪴

After months of planning, painting, cleaning, building and making what felt like hundreds of decisions, we are so happy to finally welcome you to our new Uplift Chiropractic clinic in Staverton.

Our new clinic is ideally located between Gloucester and Cheltenham and gives us the space to grow Uplift into everything we have imagined it could be. We wanted to create somewhere that feels warm, welcoming and completely different from a traditional clinical environment. Most importantly, we wanted it to feel a place where all our members enjoy coming to.

Thank you for celebrating with us

Our opening evening was such a success and we were completely overwhelmed by the number of people who came to see the new clinic and celebrate this next chapter with us.

Seeing the building full of familiar faces, hearing your lovely feedback and watching everyone explore the new space made all of the hard work feel worthwhile. We know how busy life can be, so it genuinely meant so much that so many of you took the time to join us.

To every person who came along, sent us a message, shared a photograph or has supported Uplift in any way, thank you. We feel incredibly lucky to have built such a kind and supportive community around the clinic.

A huge thank you to our families

We could not have completed the move without our families.

They have spent countless hours helping us paint, clean, build flat pack furniture, move equipment and tackle all of the little jobs that come with transforming a new space. They turned up whenever we needed them and helped us bring our ideas to life, even when the list of jobs seemed never ending.

We are so grateful for every paintbrush picked up, every piece of furniture built and every encouraging word along the way.

We would also like to say a big thank you to County Signs for creating and installing our new exterior signage and window graphics. The finished result has completely transformed the outside of the building and helped make the new clinic feel like home. Also a special mention to our wonderful friend Josh Skinner for helping illuminate our sign for us!

More space to support our community

Our new premises gives us so much more than additional treatment space.

Alongside our chiropractic treatment rooms and welcoming reception area, we now have a dedicated gym and rehabilitation space. This will allow us to provide even greater support to our existing members, helping them build strength, improve movement and work on exercises that complement their chiropractic care.

We also understand that busy commercial gyms are not comfortable or accessible for everyone. In time, we hope this room can offer a quieter and more private environment for people who want to move, exercise and build confidence in a supportive setting.

We will be sharing more information about how the gym and rehabilitation room will be used very soon. We are also open to hear from personal trainers or anyone within the sports rehab space who may see themselves using the space!

Calling local wellness professionals

One of the most exciting things about our new Uplift Chiropractic clinic is the number of flexible spaces we now have available.

We would love to hear from wellness professionals, therapists, instructors and small businesses in Gloucester, Cheltenham and the surrounding areas who may be interested in using one of our rooms or collaborating with us.

Whether you work in women’s health, pregnancy and postnatal care, massage, movement, Pilates, yoga, sound therapy, rehabilitation or another area of health and wellbeing, we would be very happy to have a conversation.

We want Uplift to become more than somewhere you visit for a chiropractic appointment. Our long term vision is to create a welcoming wellness space where trusted local professionals can connect, collaborate and support the wider community.

Although our surroundings have changed, the heart of Uplift remains exactly the same.

Ben will continue providing friendly, personalised chiropractic care for individuals and families from across Gloucester, Cheltenham, Staverton and the surrounding Gloucestershire area. Our approach remains focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies, build confidence in movement and feel supported throughout their individual health journey.

We have created a clinic where we hope you can walk through the door, take a breath and immediately feel at ease.

This move has been a huge milestone for us, both personally and professionally. Thank you for believing in Uplift, recommending us to your friends and families and being part of everything we are building.
